Excellent place with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. I fondly remember the staff helping me with a cold drink during my first stay. Highly recommend enjoying breakfast early!

The location is excellent from which to explore the city. The staff were friendly & pleasant and always provided us with information about tours and things to see & do. Room was comfortable, clean. Dinner in the La Londe restaurant was outstanding and breakfast was lovely.
It's not really a complaint but the bathroom, and in particular the bath, is a little small but we are both tall people so finding a hotel room with a large bath is always a problem.

Rooms are nicely arranged and the design is sober yet elegant.
The staff's English is good but some messages were most likely GoogleTranslated...

The decor at this hotel is tragically outdated, and my room was uncomfortably warm. I did expect a complimentary gift or at least a small gesture of appreciation for my stay but was met with indifference. Breakfast was barley satisfactory, with items running out well before time. I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn't.

The view of the harbour was pretty and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very central, close to shopping, markets and many restaurants.
It was expensive.

Good location. Hotel as described, perfectly acceptable base to explore the area from.
Tried to palm us off with a twin instead of a double (as booked and guaranteed) then the double "non smoking" room stunk of smoke. We realise they were full but they should not guarantee rooms they do not have. Shame as it ruined what would have been an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Comfortable stay in a busy city
The hotel's location is a gem, placing us near great dining options and at the heart of Caen's vibrant atmosphere. The front desk staff was cute, our needs were met with kindness. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a delicious variety, keeping us energized for our daily adventures.
The parking situation left much to be desired, as the shared underground garage with limited space was often full. We encountered maintenance issues in our room, with dusty surfaces and clunky showerheads that disrupted our comfort. This detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

We arrived late and left early but this is very comfortable hotel with good facilities and in a good location within the city.

Nice, clean room. Good location for nightlife. Easy access to the D-Day beaches and other WWII museums/sites. Documents in the room indicate that there is a charge for wifi, but if you open the internet on your laptop, you are provided with an option to access the wifi for free (for 4hrs at a time).
Bed was a bit too soft for my taste (but I currently have a herniated disc which makes just about any bed uncomfortable).

The breakfast room offers a solid variety of options that kept everyone satisfied. The blackout curtains in the rooms are a nice touch, nice for a good night's sleep despite the morning chaos from the market nearby.
The Wi-Fi was spotty, constantly dropping out when moving around the hotel, frustrating to stay connected. The room maintenance left something to be desired, like the leaky sink that went unfixed and a mattress needing better support for those with back issues. It's worth noting that the shared parking situation is a gamble, often tight and overpriced, pushing guests to seek alternative parking options. The décor felt dated and wouldn't align with what you'd expect from a more upscale place.

The hotel of choice in Caen. Perfect location, excellent views onto an inner courtyard garden and super friendly staff. Spotlessly clean unit with a comfortable decor. A bath in the bathroom.
